The line thickness is a standard 0.5mm. It's a side-knock type, where you press the clip on the side to extend the tip, so you don't have to worry about losing a cap. The top has a rubber eraser to erase the ink. Since it erases with friction heat, the key is to rub quickly, not too hard.The product includes one ballpoint pen (black) and four replacement ink cartridges (black).Unlike pencils or mechanical pencils, there's no worry about the lead breaking, and no eraser shavings, so how about it for home study for upper elementary school students and beyond?
