This particular book was once a library book, and does have some flaws, it has a plastic covering over the slipcover which could be removed. The slipcover was taped in place and so there is some tape on the inside covers, along with a library pocket. There is a stamp for the library on the two front pages, and a little bit of writing in pencil along the spine and top of one page.
