Vintage gold plated Thai flatware set

I love this gorgeous old thing! I haven't been able to find too much information on it other than to find images of similar sets and the three elephant head picture on the handle. Very nice quality. Empty slots shown in pics are the only pieces missing from the whole set of 3 drawers. I'm flexible on the price, I just listed it brlow most prices i found online.
